Shipping & Returns

Products that you order from us will be shipped in collaboration with the PostNL service. Of course you want to know when your products will be delivered. That depends on the product you have ordered and the shipping method you have chosen. We’ve put together helpful information below. Please note: the stated values are indications and may deviate in some cases. No rights can be derived from it. If your order can be tracked via the Track and Trace link, you will receive an e-mail about this at the e-mail address you have entered with us.

The following points apply to the delivery time:

  • Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Personalized products must be made special. The delivery time for this is 1-4 working days longer, depending on the product.
  • For each order, the product with the longest delivery time determines the delivery time of the entire package.

Returns

  • We can return products within 20 days of purchase. This right of return only applies to products that are unused, contain no damage and have the original packaging.
  • Return right does not apply to products where hygiene risks may arise (unless otherwise agreed with the customer), if this applies to a product, this is stated in the product description on the product page.
  • Return policy does not apply to custom made products.
  • The shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded until the entire purchase is returned. In the case of a partial return of an order, no shipping costs will be reimbursed.
  • Shipping costs for returning a (part of) purchase are for the returning party. Therefore, these costs cannot be claimed from Umake.
  • Return shipments must first be notified by e-mail before they can be processed administratively. Address for returning products is:
